How to receive food from Manna
We welcome all residents of Montgomery County. You only need to provide proof of address. We do not ask about immigration status and we do not report any personal information to the government.
- Call our main office at 301-424-1130.
We’re open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Choose the day and distribution site to pick up your food.
We need to receive your call by noon the day before you plan to pick up your food. - Pick up your food.
- Bring your photo ID. If your current address is not on your photo ID, bring another document that includes your current Montgomery County address.
- If you can’t pick up your food, call us to reschedule.
- Manna boxes can weigh up to 70 lbs, so please come prepared to transport your food.

Every Manna box includes:
- Pantry staples (for example, beans, pasta, and canned fruits and vegetables)
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Frozen meat
We offer diabetic and vegetarian-friendly boxes and boxes for people who follow a particular diet for medical or religious reasons.
